We provide these FREE services:

• Crisis Intervention
• Emotional support and short-term crisis counseling
• Accompaniment to hospitals, police, and courts
• Advocacy with police, courts, District Attorney, and other area service providers
• Information and follow-up on case status in Criminal and Family Courts as needed
• Inform victims/survivors regarding their rights as a victim of crime
• Referrals to and help with arrangements for temporary housing and DV shelters
• Assistance in filing a claim with the NY State Office of Victim Services https://ovs.ny.gov

for reimbursement of medical and counseling costs, lost wages, funeral costs, and other expenses

• Support groups
• Referrals to other agencies
• Safety Planning
• Victim Impact Statements
• Trauma Informed Yoga
• Free Civil Legal Services Consultations and Representation when appropriate
• Educational presentations to community members, schools, and professionals
