The Child Care Subsidy Program provides financial assistance to qualifying low-income families, teen parents and foster parents who need help meeting their childcare expenses. The subsidy is available to all working Ulster County residents who meet the income eligibility guidelines. All eligibility is financially based, and it pertains to the poverty guidelines established for the year.
The CCAP Eligibility Questionnaire allow parents and caretakers to answer a few questions to see if they are eligible for CCAP. You can access the questionnaire directly by going to: https://hs.ocfs.ny.gov/CCAPeligibility/. Or, go to the OCFS CCAP website at: https://ocfs.ny.gov/programs/childcare/ccap/ and click on “Do I qualify for CCAP”.
