KINGSTON, NY—Ulster County Executive Mike Hein announces that the Ulster Works Career Center will be holding a Healthcare Career Job Fair on Tuesday, February 2nd from 1pm until 4pm at their offices located at 601 Development Court in Kingston. Hiring managers from The Institute for Family Health, Health Alliance of the Hudson Valley, Normann Staffing, Ten Broeck Commons, AM/PM Homecare Companions; Golden Hill Nursing Home and Any-Time Home Care, Inc. will be available to fill more than fifty openings in a wide range of healthcare positions.
“This is yet another example of employment opportunities that are available in Ulster County. I want to thank Lisa Berger and the entire staff of the Office of Employment and Training for this strong effort to match job opportunities with potential employees,” said County Executive Mike Hein. “This is exactly the kind of efforts that have helped lower the unemployment rate in Ulster County one job at a time.”
The Job Fair will focus on medical jobs openings for CNA’s, LPN’s, RN’s, PCA’s and HHA’s, as well as Patient Service Representatives and Medical Office Assistants. Positions are also available for Social Workers, RN Manager, Practice Administrators, Central Registration Staff, Transporters, and Food and Environmental Services Workers. There are more than fifty jobs open locally in Kingston, New Paltz, Ellenville, Port Ewen and other locations throughout the County.
