KINGSTON, N.Y. - Ulster County Executive Mike Hein, Town of Wawarsing Supervisor Leonard Distel and Rondout Valley Business Association President Richard Travers today announced final approval of an easement from New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (“DOCCS”) to extend the O&W Rail Trail in the Town of Wawarsing.
